The building complies with regulations and is highly insulated with double glazed windows. The front door leads to a sizeable sitting room (over 19ft long), there are two double bedrooms at either end of the property, both en suite. At the back of the bungalow there is a kitchen with sink, hob and a range of base and wall storage cupboards which leads to a small dining area, which could be incorporated into the kitchen.
Outside, a gravelled driveway from the B1368 leads past a number of similar properties to an allocated parking area for two cars. The garden is about 100ft wide by about 25ft deep and enclosed by timber fencing. There is a gated access to reach the driveway and parking area. In one corner of the garden there is a timber shed. The front of the building faces south and there is also a west facing garden to the side.
