Delia is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in construction and has been with Mullucks for over 20 years. Delia, Trish and Rita manage 154 properties for their owners, whether they are individual offices, or parades of shops or industrial units. The services offered include rent, service charge & insurance collection, arranging building maintenance, liaising with tenants regarding repairs, compliance with statute, dilapidations, assignments or lease renewals, and answering client’s solicitors and
accountant’s questions as required.
