LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED

An opportunity exists for a full time lettings negotiator/administrator within our busy Bishops Stortford office

You should be organised, motivated and ambitious, able to work on your own initiative and have the drive to push for business. You should be an active networker, and have a flexible approach to working hours

Lettings experience is advantageous, as is a knowledge of property and lettings law. Local knowledge is also very beneficial.

The package will be negotiable with the chosen applicant based upon experience and qualifications

ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Full-time Accounts Administrator required for our busy Accounts Department, based at our head office in Bishop’s Stortford.

Applicants should have proven accounting and payroll experience, preferably with a good knowledge of Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll or similar packages.

Also desirable is a working knowledge of client accounting, including relevant legislation, applicable to our Lettings and Commercial Divisions, along with experience of a property management database.

In addition, candidates should be well-versed in Microsoft Office, with good Excel skills.

You should have a calm and confident manner and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues. The successful applicant will be organised and methodical, always paying attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
