Mullucks offer our Landlord clients two main services:

Fully Managed

This means we are instructed by the Landlord to find the tenants, set up the tenancy and look after the property throughout the tenancy term including general maintenance and taking care of any repairs.

Introduction Only

This means we are instructed only to find the tenants and set up the tenancy. In this instance, the Landlord would deal with any problems directly.

Mullucks manage nearly 700 properties in the area and tenants in our fully managed properties (also see: Residential Property Management) can contact us to assist with the day to day problems that crop up in any property. We have a wealth of trusted and professional contractors to deal with everything from appliance breakdowns, property repairs and maintenance and safety checks.
