Mullucks Wells is delighted to announce that Ed Casson has been appointed Associate Director of the company’s new office in Great Dunmow.
The appointment follows news that Mullucks Wells will be vacating their Old Town Hall premises in favour of a High Street office, where Ed will oversee Residential Sales and Lettings, and also be working closely with the teams in the firm’s other three offices in Bishop’s Stortford, Epping and Saffron Walden.
Ed has worked throughout this region over the last 18 years and has gained valuable experience across Land, New Homes, Sales and Lettings. Mullucks Wells’ Managing Director, Richard Roberts, says: “Ed will play a key role in helping the business move forward into an exciting new era. We have seen how rapidly the property market has adapted to new technology and recognise that we need to innovate to constantly deliver market leading property intelligence, first class customer service and to continue improving upon our established reputation for expertise across all aspects of the property market.”
Ed traces his interest in property back to 1998 when he began working at a Bishop's Stortford Estate Agency whilst still at school and his property career has taken a varied path since then. As well as many years spent working for several local property companies, Ed built up, and subsequently sold, a large lettings and property management portfolio and, most recently, worked in Land and New Homes for Go Homes, a large regional house builder who has seen considerable growth in recent years,
Ed commented: "I have had a long standing admiration of the Mullucks Wells name, and the opportunity to come on board to add real value to this traditional long standing business was just too great to turn down. I am really excited to be a part of the future of such a terrific company and look forward to working closely with their large customer base to continue to deliver the very best in property services. I have spent much of my recent career getting to grips with how the property world has changed and how future technologies will influence the way property transactions are conducted in years to come and am looking forward to helping Mullucks Wells to forge ahead, maximising the opportunities that this will entail.”
