Leading regional estate agent Mullucks Wells has joined forces with Hunters, one of the largest and fastest growing estate agency networks in the country.
The alliance will allow the firm to retain its independence, whilst extending the range and depth of services offered, and continuing to provide an excellent level of service to its clients.
Residential Director William Wells said: “We’re delighted to be joining forces with such a forward thinking and successful brand as Hunters. The move will allow us to embark on an accelerated program of investment in staff and technology that will include a staff training academy and increased website coverage. We will also be able to offer a vast portfolio of additional services including Auctions, Buy to Let Investment and Residential Block Management.”
Founded in 1992, Hunters has over 200 branches throughout the UK including London. In the coming months, Mullucks Wells will launch a fresh new image, ‘Mullucks - part of Hunters’, but will continue to be independently owned by directors Jo Wilson, Daniel Galati, Richard Roberts and William Wells, who will remain at the helm.
William Wells added: “Like Mullucks, Hunters are an ambitious company with an excellent proven track record in both sales and lettings. Their core values of delivering an excellent and dynamic customer service and the best possible results for customers closely echo those of our directors and staff and we are very excited to be part of this highly respected and growing brand.”
William Wells continued, “We’ve based our business on being approachable and providing an individual level of service to clients. This will unquestionably continue so we would strongly urge those clients who would like to have a further discussion with us to get in touch.”
The new signage and fascias for Mullucks’ branches in Bishop’s Stortford, Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow and Epping are currently being prepared, and will be added to the premises by the end of February.
