Says David Emberson of Mullucks Wells, sponsors of the event: “We are delighted to be involved with an event that gives young aspiring musicians such an opportunity to showcase their musical talent. I hope that the people of Saffron Walden come along and help make the event a huge success”
The culmination of the weekend will be a free concert at 4pm on Sunday 11th November for the five section winners, which is also open to the public at no charge. There will be a retiring collection to help fund next year’s festival.
The whole festival will end with the awarding of the Mullucks Wells Festival Cup to the overall winner. There is sure to be a wealth of talent on display making this a very attractive event to attend.
