Competition Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms & Conditions form the Competition Rules and by entering into the Competition entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The Competition is organised by MW East Anglia Limited trading as Mullucks Wells (Company Registration Number 04894067) whose registered office is at The Guild House, Water Lane, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 2JZ.
3. Mullucks Wells reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these rules at any time without prior notice.
4. Mullucks Wells decision shall be final in respect of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
QUALIFYING ENTRANTS
5. In order to qualify entrants must be over the age of 18 and will have entered into a valid contract with Mullucks Wells to act as agents in the sale of their residential property and that property must be formally under offer by the closing date for the Competition, 12th March 2007.
6. Employees of Mullucks Wells or any company involved in the Competition including members of their families or households are not eligible to enter the Competition. Mullucks Wells reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
7. Mullucks Wells reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Only one entry per property is allowed.
9. The closing date for entries to the Competition shall be the 31st day of January 2007 unless otherwise determined by Mullucks Wells whom shall have the ultimate discretion to extend or cut short the Competition period.
THE PRIZE
10. The prize shall be a £2,000 Holiday Voucher issued by Villa World. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Mullucks Wells reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
11. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date. In all matters the decision of Mullucks Wells shall be final.
12. Prize winners will be notified in writing. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or a failure to reply to the notice within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
13. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses incurred in utilising the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
14. Mullucks Wells shall not be held liable for any failure on the part of Villa World to honour the prize.
LIABILITY
15. Mullucks Wells cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude Mullucks Wells liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION
16. In accepting the prize, the prizewinner agrees to take part in any publicity event organised by Mullucks Wells without Mullucks Wells incurring a fee.
17. Entrants personal data will only be used by Mullucks Wells or its associated companies in selected marketing campaigns and will not be passed to any third party. Entrants should inform Mullucks Wells on entering the competition if they do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes.
