How We Ensure Your Protection
We employ an independent company to draw up a detailed inventory at the beginning and end of the tenancy. This provides a record of all contents and the condition of the house and its furnishings
Your deposit is paid to us and held in a holding account until your tenancy expires whereupon it will be returned to you providing there is a satisfactory inventory report and no outstanding liabilities on the property.
We ask that our landlords leave the property clean and tidy for you. We provide landlords with a detailed list of their legal obligations and recommended safety measures before they rent out their property. They are also asked to leave instruction manuals for all appliances.
