  • Building maintenance - inluding scheduled redecoration and day to day maintenance and repair
  • Environmental Health & Safety Management - our expertise in environmental, legislative and economic requirements means we can advise on ways in which an owner can raise the appeal and profitability of their property. This includes asbestos risk management, legionellosis and pest control, fire and emergency requirements, disability accessibility and, importantly in these times of personal injury claims, general risk management. 
  • Asset Management which looks at things such as tenant mix and lease terms in conjunction with current market conditions. We can then advise on how greater income could be generated and overall investment value increased.
