Your Obligations
We need to satisfy the landlord that you are able to pay the rent and have a good character reference. We will need your personal details, employment details, banking details, next of kin, name of previous landlord (if applicable) and the contact details of someone who will be able to supply us with a character reference.
We will inform utilities that you are the new resident, this includes gas, electricity, water, local authority council tax, etc
You need to arrange for the redirection of your post and the renewal of you television licence, both of which can be done at the post office.
You are strongly advised to arrange insurance cover for your possessions.
You must inform us immediately if you discover a fault or damage to the property. We can then organise remedial action according to our arrangement with the landlord.
Any cleaning or repairs required which have occurred during your tenancy must be taken care of by yourself
before the end of the tenancy. Equally, it is your responsibility to ensure the payment of utility bills
until the end of the tenancy.
You must return all keys to us at the end of the tenancy
