Mullucks Wells Holds Your Hand through the Mortgage Maze
Mullucks Wells' clients can now take advantage of the new services that can advise homeowners through the maze of mortgage providers, home improvement loans and buy-to-let portfolio management. Enable Independent Mortgage and Wealth Advice are now based in Mullucks Wells' three main branches in Essex and Hertfordshire, and can provide wholly independent guidance to customers.
Mullucks Wells Director William Wells said: "We're delighted to welcome Enable on board as they bring our clients yet another vital service in the house-buying process. We've always been absolutely clear that we want to provide our clients with the very best service possible and this is exactly what they get from Enable. The company has ‘whole market independence' which means - unlike other advisors - they are able to approach every single lender out there. They have no ties to any particular provider or panel of lenders."
This independence is exactly how Enable ensures clients are receiving the best service. In addition, the firm and its advisors are gaining a strong reputation as straight-talkers in the complex world of finance.
Enable's Director Mike Cooke, 36, has 20 years experience in the business. He said: "We're looking to provide clients with a long-term service. We are absolutely committed to helping them through the house buying process from start to finish. Not only can we source the best mortgage deals for each person, but we can also deal with the application and see the whole process through. This means clients save time and hassle when they have us to hold their hand.
"We want to keep it simple. I think the most confusing thing for many people is the language used in many areas of finance. I always ask clients whether they've found a consultation useful and they often say that it's been the first time they've actually understood the subject in question!
"And when our mortgage customers are happy they'll come back to us for other advice - such as home improvement loans and pensions," Mike adds.
