Mullucks Wells in West End Office Move

Mullucks Wells' London office has relocated to a chic new position just off Oxford Street, and within a few minutes' walk of Selfridges and Bond Street tube station in the heart of London's West End.

William Wells, Residential Sales Director says, "Over the past few years the volume of work handled by our office in the West End has more than doubled.  One particular area of growth is the popularity of our regular property exhibitions in London.  In fact the demand for space has been such that we have had to find larger premises.

"Our clients are always pleased that we have an office in London as they recognise just how important it is to reach the widest possible market, including the influential London buyers.

"But that is just the tip of the iceberg.  Our Mayfair Office handles all our national and international marketing.  Our PR and advertising departments in London help us promote our clients' property in the editorial pages of the national newspapers and magazines, whilst our high volume of advertising attracts enquiries from all over the world.

"Today, selling property is not necessarily a local affair.  Many of the houses we are instructed to sell need a national or even international dimension to their marketing and this is where our Mayfair Office plays such an important role.  Our larger premises give us the opportunity to expand our marketing from London.  This is good for us but, more importantly, it is really good for our clients."
