About Our Epping Office

Following the acquisition of the established business of John Lloyd Williams in October 2013, we have now added a state of the art office in the extremely popular and commutable town of Epping to our three other offices in Hertfordshire and Essex.

From here, we are offering a comprehensive residential and commercial sales, lettings and property management service to the town and surrounding area.

About Epping

Epping is a vibrant market town that boasts a long high street with a wide range of retail outlets and restaurants and holds a bustling weekly market every Monday. A number of attractive Listed buildings, most dating from the 18th Century, line both sides of the High Street which is also a designated conservation area. The town is surrounded by green fields and lies alongside 6,000 acres of ancient forest.

Epping is ideally situated for combining rural living with easy access to London via the Central Line underground and is extremely popular with young professionals and families. London Stansted Airport is only half an hour away and the M25 and M11 motorways are both easily accessible, giving good links to other parts of the country.
